Principle: the haemoglobin variants are separated by electrophoresis on a cellulose acetate plate in a specific buffer, after separation the fractions are fixed, stained and destained by the reagents of the Kit. Then the percentage of each variant is calculated by optical densitometry.

The kit contains

-R1 migration buffer (50mL),

-two R2 destain (250mL),

-R3 Stain (100mL)

-R4 lysing solution (25mL),

-10 cellulose acetate membranes.
